COVID ENTRY RULES EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 11TH 2021
The NSW State Government has declared that effective Monday October 11th, only fully vaccinated patrons will be eligible to enter a business premise.
In terms of our Members and Visitors, ONLY fully vaccinated persons may enter the club and associated sporting facilities. Proof of vaccination is required upon entry. To assist our aged and senior members who do not possess or have access to smart phone technology, the Club is offering ( Free of Charge ) to assist members obtain a printed copy of personal Immunisation History Certificate. To access this service, members will need to have firstly established a MyGov account and have user name and password details to access the Medicare website to obtain the digital copy. It is strongly advised any Member wishing to take advantage of this service contact the duty reception officer (6496 1577) between 10-5pm and make an appointment in which to obtain your printed copy. For Members who are not currently registered for a MYGov account, you will need to attend a Service NSW office in person in which to obtain the Immunisation Certificate. To minimise the impact of this requirement each time a Member comes on site, we have set up a Quick reference facility. Once a member has produced their Vaccination status, we can record this on your individual member file therefore NOT requiring further proof of entry in future visits.
Only fully vaccinated persons are permitted to play lawn bowls as the Government has declared ALL bowling greens as a fixture to the licensed premise and therefore subject to the same condition as stated above.
All Members and Visitors seeking to participate in playing lawn bowls must enter and register via the front reception desk upon entry.
Fully vaccinated persons may play in a group of FOUR and may share a cart.
Those NOT fully vaccinated are restricted to playing in a maximum group size of TWO persons and MAY NOT share a golf cart. ·
Only fully vaccinated persons may enter and register in the Pro Shop itself.
Current Golf Covid-19 restrictions in respect to local rule remain in force.
Members will be required to show initial separate Proof of Vaccination to the Pro Shop staff before entitlement to play. As per the Club, once a member’s proof of vaccination has been recorded on the Pro Shop Golf register, members will not be required to repeat this requirement upon play.
Should the Government change any of the announced Public Health Orders, the Club will revise its position and inform our members at the earliest opportunity.
